I felt so relieved when my boss approved my leave. I didn’t have a lot of rests ever since we started working on a new conceptualized product. I thought he will not nod on my request because the new product has not yet been successfully launched. Thank God, my boss saw and appreciated all my hard work.

My two week off from work will start the second week of August. I started already to accomplish all my planned activities yesterday. That’s why I don’t have anything on my schedule. I was so bored watching TV since this morning so I turned on my PC to do web surfing. It took me two days to search for interesting internet sites. Among the sites I visited were blog sites, anime sites,radio and browsing for family vacation or getaways. Anyway there are too many vacation site I’ve seen and I’ll just be considering the great ones. Tomorrow I plan to bond with nature. Maybe I will walk during our break on the park near our work place. I love days like this when I can have a little minute of myself during work hours. I remember my old colleague who moved abroad, we used to take our lunch outside our work building and spend our break time in the restaurant at the middle of the park over looking a pond. Gone were those days.

I spent my weekend at home. I had the chance to visit my hometown for updates and bonding with my family and friends. I have been in the city for three straight months because of my new job.

Anyway, I got home last Friday night. I had dinner with the whole family. Everyone was there including my married siblings with their respective families. It was a family reunion. On Saturday, I was with some friends at the arcade center. I enjoyed the game so much. We won. It was quite an experience. I used to play there with them when I was still home. I am so glad I had the chance to play again. On Sunday morning, I had breakfast with my whole family at a private resort. We enjoyed the sun and the water in the pool. It was a very relaxing weekend. I wish I could go back as often as I want to.
