I will be spending my weekend with no diet day or try diet shake. I can eat all I want and crave for more hahah…Since the past whole week I was just eating what was serve in our work’s cafeteria so this time I will just give into the temptations and simply enjoy it. Forget the calories! Give way to some delicious and yummies yum-yum! munch-munch! I have read in the health magazine this morning the some changes we can do to have a healthy life and also for a low stress lifestyle. The magazine cited that we should have to learn organizing our time by keeping schedules and learning to decline to excessive demands of time. Secondly, acquire a supportive social circle like having a close friend or partner to talk and pour out your problems and be always there for you in times of crisis. Thirdly, taking care of our body. Having a healthy body by eating balance diet, exercising, enough sleeping and pamper yourself. With these changes we can easily handle stress and having more healthy life. In our busy life we tend to forget how to take care of our organ system. We abuse them and let them work hard. We love to relax and spend quiet moments therefore we should give also our body system a break.

I only have a month summer vacation this coming June and I’m glad about it. I was planning to spend it with my family in the right place. So I surveyed some of the most beautiful summer spots in the internet. My sister also helped me to search for some beautiful places to have a perfect summer. I have my top 10 and then top 5 and then my summer vacation resort. One of the advantages we are looking is the accommodation.
