One of the free, fast, simple and easiest stress relieve is breathing exercise. It can be done also by anyone, at amytine and at anyplace. Just sit or stand in a relax position, inhale slowly through your nose do it by counting to five in your head. Let the air out from your mouth, counting to eight in your head as it leaves your lungs. Repeat several times. That’s how easy!
