Balance breakfast

To start our day great, according to study we should eat a balanced breakfast. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so a healthy meal in the morning can balance our blood sugar. It also give us the sustenance we need to handle stress physically as well as mentally. Eat plenty of protein and fruit avoid too much caffeine. So the next time we have our breakfast, we eat a good one.
