nullOne way to fight stress is having a healthy habit just like morning habits. How about doing a stretch in the shower. When you take your shower in the morning try hot water, that will loosen up our muscles that will help us to have an easier stretch. Stretching can release stored tension and that we may feel relaxed and at peace.
