Gimme ten today! Studies show that several 10-minute bursts of physical activity throughout your day can be as effective as long workouts. So look for ways to squeeze in those bursts. Park at the far end of the lot. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Do your lunchtime errands on foot instead of driving.
