How long do we have to sleep?

According to our health expertise, our body needs 7-8 hours of sleep per day. And recently I have read that more than 9 hours of sleep is harmful for the health. Those who sleep that long don’t live long. Therefore set up your alarm clock for a 7-8 hour sleep. And when it rang immediately get out of your bed. LOL!
