Are optimist or pessimist?

Positive thinkers or optomists people have better health, less stress and more luck. If your a pessimist like me dont worry you can make changes about your out look. Practice to develop positive views, attitude and thinking. Use positive affirmation or make a positive self talk. Instead of this words “I can’t handle this!” or “This is impossible!” try these “How can I handle this?” or “How is this possible?” which sound more hopeful.
