I have read in the health magazine this morning the some changes we can do to have a healthy life and also for a low stress lifestyle. The magazine cited that we should have to learn organizing our time by keeping schedules and learning to decline to excessive demands of time. Secondly, acquire a supportive social circle like having a close friend or partner to talk and pour out your problems and be always there for you in times of crisis. Thirdly, taking care of our body. Having a healthy body by eating balance diet, exercising , enough sleeping and pamper yourself. With this changes we can easily handle stress and having more healthy life.
