Birthday surprise
My sister celebrated her birthday last weekend. Her friends planned a birthday surprise for her. Before weekend, her friends called me up at the office to ask permission to throw a party at home. The plan was to invite my sister and my parents to go out after the mass of four-thirty last Sunday and eat out after, while her friends set up the house for the party. So we did. When her friend sent me an SMS that everything is ready, that was around six in the evening, I asked them we should go home because I felt that I had an upset stomach. We had not yet finished eating so we had to take out the food we ordered.
When we got home, she was not doubtful that the house was dark because we all went out. When, she turned on the lights, her friends were there singing her a happy birthday song! She was speechless as she gave me happy look. Her friends brought food and party hats. We all enjoyed her party. She can’t thank them enough for their gesture, much more when she opened our gifts for her, including mine, she got three new sport equipment! Yes, we all know that the new sport she is learning at this point of her life is lawn tennis. We actually have arguments when we watch TV because she always wants to watch the sports channels.
Anyway, our weekend was so much fun because of the surprise birthday. Happy Birthday Sis! May God bless you more!
