Managing a small business can be harder than you think. Sometimes people only see the bright side, the income, your financial status when you have a business, etc. But if they only realize, when one manages a business, he pours his heart and soul into it.
I am inexperienced when it comes of business matters and day trading is not enough, but when my aunt retired, she asked me to over see her small business. I didn’t want to disappoint her so I gladly said yes, while praying for a heart to tackle the job assigned to me. It is always hard to start something. I had to learn from a lot of mistakes before I could make the right choices for the business. I consider every mistake as learning’s as I go through the business world. When the economy not doing well –like in crisis, it’s hard to run a business. Like domino effect, businesses go bad as well. It’s here when you make your analytical decision works.You think of a solution and in no time, you’ll be surprised, you have resolved the problem. Problems emerge when you least expected it and wrong decisions come and go. But in the end, you can say every problem can always be solved.
