New house and lot
My friend had his house warming last weekend and me and my other friends were all invited to witness the special occasion. The craftsman-style bungalow house he bought is so simple but very elegant. With a total land area of 1,627 Sq. Ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 garages , plus an attic space, it was perfect for a small family. It also has a very nice fireplace, a breakfast nook, a den and a simple porch. We were more amazed with its mediterranean interior design. Southern Europe is captured with the relaxed design, rustic living room, bedroom and bathroom furnitures, wall textures and colors. It would really make you jealous of having a house like that. Even their garden is a wellness oasis, the outdoor furnitures are very unique. The garden lawn is also wonderful, according to what I’ve heard a gardening company did the great job. I am also interested with their services and I found out they have also Synthetic Lawn landscaping. That’s cool! Back to my friend, he really worked hard for that house. We were even teasing him that the house is the result of the many sleepless nights at work. He was really proud of his achievements. But when asked when will he find a wife to live with him in his new house, he just laughed while saying, that is his next project.
