Two of my friends are leaving for abroad this weekend. They got a work contract abroad and will live there for a year. It’s good that offers are still coming despite the global financial crisis. Anyway, I went out last night to meet with them before they leave the country.

Other restaurants were almost full that time so we decided to settle for a pizza and Italian food chain. We were all settled in when another friend joined us. Before eating, I felt I needed to go to the power room. I first approached the sink to wash my hands, and I didn’t know why I removed my two rings before washing, and put them on the sink. Then I felt I needed to pee, so I immediately went inside the cubicle, without putting my rings back. After peeing, I went back to wash my hands but totally forgot about the rings! When I got home, it’s the only time that I remembered my rings. I went back to the restaurant the next day but the crew said they didn’t notice any jewelry on the powder room’s sink. They told me to call if ever they will find my rings though.
